About Us

Where Good CEOs Become

Great CEOs

Inc. CEO Project is a community of talented and ambitious CEOs helping one another improve the performance of their companies and become their personal best. Founded more than a decade ago, we have coached hundreds of CEOs through our highly curated and accountable peer groups.

Our Affiliation With

Inc. Magazine

In 2007, we formalized an alliance with Inc. Magazine, which shares our mission of helping companies grow.

The publication recognizes fastest-growing companies and communicates the stories and success principles of their leaders to benefit the broader community. Inc. CEO Project takes this mission to the next level. We equip our CEOs with a unique approach based on the Theory of Constraints that helps them focus on the right things, hold people accountable, and make better decisions.

Unlike Other

CEO Peer Groups

While other CEO peer coaching organizations can be beneficial for networking and gaining leadership knowledge from speakers and presentations, Inc. CEO Project takes a different approach.

We have a relentless focus on accountability and results; we’re backed by more than a dozen years of research on CEO effectiveness; and our advisors are experienced and trained to focus on the critical issues specific to our members’ organizations.
